Yummy Recipe!

I have made this fish twice now, and it is soo good! I couldn't not share the recipe with all of you...and as an added bonus, it's really easy to make :) Here you go!

Basil Caesar Salmon
Serves: 4
Prep: 15 Minutes
Cook: 15 Minutes
Total: 30 Minutes...Just in case you can't add ;)
Ingredients:
4 Salmon fillets ( 8oz. each)
1/4 Cup Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
Pepper to Taste
1 Cup Caesar Salad Croutons, crushed
1/2 Cup grated Parmesean Cheese
2 Teaspoons dried basil
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Place salmon in a greased 15in. x 10in. x 1in baking pan. Spoon the salad dressing over fillets; sprinkle with pepper.
Combine the croutons, Parmesean Cheese and Basil; Sprinkle over fillets and gently press into dressing. Drizzle with oil. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
P.S. I can't believe I posted twice today... Crazy!
